Family Update

Okay so .......lots has been happening in our world....the belly grows continuously which is a good thing for baby not so good for me as it begins to take its toll on my body. Knees and legs aren't quite up to par and the time frame it takes me to do things seems to get longer and longer as the days move along. Currently I am in my 27th week only 13 more to go. Hopefully a week or two early would make for a nice Ground Hog Baby Feb 2nd is my target date. :) Anyhoot here are some pics of what has been happening in our home....oh and Adriano's Skateboard adventure.

Adriano Enjoying The Sand

Adriano.......and his love of the sand....I didn't need anything else other than a shovel a pail and some sand to keep him going all day, with the occassional dip in the pool. Unfortunately for how many times he has been in water since his birth he wasn't over excited about the ocean he would run away when the waves came, it was quite amusing. This video was taken Wednesday morning at 8 am peaceful in the morning by far the best time to be on the beach!

Well......I guess I should have posted something in the short time I was in Cancun....but really why waste beautiful sun and ocean to be on a computer sorry people I just couldn't bring myself to do it. By the time I actually got back to the room and cooked dinner and then enjoyed the peaceful sound of the ocean on our balcony I was tired and at peace to fall deeply asleep awaiting the excitement of the following day. This being my 5th time in Cancun I can say as always the weather didn't disappoint and neither did the beautiful sky blue ocean that takes your breathe away each and every time you see it! I will argue with anyone that Cancun has definitely one of the most beautiful waters in the world.

Okay so I am officially exhausted.....and of course I think I got everything I need.....but I am sure I forgot something....nope not Adriano I managed to at least remember to bring him LOL....Luggage is at the door passports are in our bags....we have no tickets yet but they have been purchased and if all goes well at this time tomorrow I will be snoozing while listening to the relaxing ocean that surrounds glorious Cancun Mexico..... for now I bid you all goodnight so I can at least get 4 hours of sleep!

Wow so what a day yesterday of course of all the days when you need your child to co-operate he doesn't surprise surprise. I managed to again not pack or doing anything trip related but I did cook dinner for my good friend who I haven't seen since Christmas and exchange sandals for the little one as he has NO SHOES.....I guess its no big surprise that the sandals from last summer don't fit. No worries problem solved.

The 48 Hour Countdown Begins

So.........primarly because my brother in law isn't here in Canada I thought why not Blog our Cancun Adventure so he can see Adriano in action. 42 hours and counting and thus far no luggage yet no clothes picked no manicure or pedicure for mom and yeah I think that covers it. You think being a stay at home mom I would have everything by the door already but.....remember people I am working with a toddler and for those that know most toddlers well I think that about covers that.

On the plus side for me I have purchased a new pair of sunglasses again!!!! Yes I know Alex already said it another pair...I have 4 pairs and my diesel's Alex lost (that would have put the count to 5) but all my pairs are different these ones are Baby Phat for $20 bucks a steal and my mom got Gianfranco Ferre's for $25 a steal.

Okay nap time for the little one.......shall touch base later!
